A locality in Anurádhapura to the north of Sirísamála. Konágamana Buddha preached the Dhamma there and twenty thousand people realized the truth. To the north was the Asokamálaka (Mhv.xv.118,153). In Nágamálaka was the Silásobbhakandaka cetiya, and, near it, Thúlatthana built another cetiya. MT.355.
