• āvaranatā Sutta

Six conditions which make it impossible, even if he hear the dhamma, for a man to enter on the Path (niyāmam okkainitum) which consists of good deeds:

• killing father,

• mother or

• arahant,

• willingly causing physical hurt to the Buddha,

• bringing dissension among the monks,

• being foolish,

• half-witted,

• deaf and dumb. A.iii.436-7.
